4. Course Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment Process

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed-upon payment arrangements. Available spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate enrollment for violation of these terms.

Course Fees

All course fees are stated in Japanese Yen and must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been made. Fees cover tuition and standard course materials but do not include additional resources you may choose to purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust course fees with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect students already enrolled in current courses but will apply to future enrollments.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during enrollment. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellation 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before course start or after commencement: No refund
• Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Student Account and Access

When you enroll in our courses, you may receive access to online resources or student portals. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your contact information current

6. Service Availability and Modifications

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of significant disruptions.

Course Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or locations when necessary. We will provide advance notice whenever possible and work to minimize inconvenience to enrolled students. In cases of significant changes, enrolled students may request transfer to alternative courses or refunds at our discretion.

Minimum Enrollment

Some courses require minimum enrollment numbers to proceed. If minimum enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course. Enrolled students will be offered alternative courses or full refunds in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

When you enroll in our courses, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal learning purposes. This license terminates upon course completion or if you violate these terms.

Hanziflow, our logo, and related marks are trademarks of our organization. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent. Other trademarks mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality language instruction, we make no warranties or representations about:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
• The results of using our services
